We are settled into the month of June. Our times together on Shabbats have been focused on becoming a People being formed into the manifestation of the Father's Dream of a One New Man. Through the counting of the Omer, each of us worked with the LORD as He was doing a mighty work in each of us.

Our progressive and orderly study of God's Word now brings us to the place where the work that has been worked internally must now be lived externally. This external display God's handiwork is one aspect of the Glory of God. And thank God, He does not leave us to our own devices to do this.

Yeshuah said, " Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven"- Matthew 5:16

In Romans, Paul, addressing the Israelites who possessed the Torah and identified themselves as God's Covenant People, yet were not consistently living according to what they taught issues a judgement as he declares to them:

...The name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you. - Romans 2:24

Yeshuah and Paul, in these verses, are calling attention to conduct.

There is a Kingdom connection between conduct and character.

Character is who you are on the inside (Omer). Conduct is what people see on the outside. A tree is known by its fruit... Matthew 12:33

Fruit (conduct) reveals the nature of the tree (character). While a person can occasionally act contrary to their character, their consistent pattern of conduct eventually exposes what is truly in the heart.

The Kingdom Principle we want to lay hold of is this:

The Glory of YHWH is revealed when our conduct agrees with our confession making His character visible through our lives by our conduct.

As we are disciples this is the perspective of what God is doing among us.

Character: what has been formed in us

Confession: what we say we believe

Conduct: How His character manifests in our daily lives.

As we progress through the scriptures each Shabbat, this is what the LORD is doing, growing us to the point where our conduct agrees with our confession so that we are pure vessels of His Glory visible through our lives. This new identity He is revealing in us this year isn't just so we can feel good about anything we do...it is about God forming a people of Covenant for all the world to see Yeshuah.

In closing, this process is so important in the eyes of God that He will take a lifetime to properly develop our Kingdom character. Consider Jesus who was 30 years developing His character before entering into the publics' eyes for only 3 years.

As we continue as a covenant family, allow Father God to develop your character through our Shabbat's, studies and readings. Work with Him and this family as He forms in us the Covenant One New Man of His dreams...then a covenant community...coming out the other side as the reality and manifestation of a Royal Priesthood after the Order Melchizedek-ruling in the earth as a Holy Nation--the governing body of Heaven on the Earth of which Yeshuah said and the gates of Hell shall not prevail .
